Job Responsibilities
Update the Monitoring and Evaluation WEESC - Phase III’s manual, if needed (approximately 5 working days);
Establish a shared Excel database for data entry and collection (2 working day);
Develop and conduct trainings for Armenia UN Women staff, relevant NGOs or partner organizations on Monitoring and Evaluation’s practices (3 working days);
Support Armenia UN Women CO establishing and implementing the M&E WEESC - Phase III’s process (approximately 5 working days);
Support Armenia UN Women CO staff to verify and implement the data monitoring process (5 working days).
Other Educational Qualification
Master’s degree or equivalent in social sciences, humanities or a related field is required.
A first-level university degree in combination with four additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Skills
At least two years with master’s (or four years with bachelor’s) degree of progressively responsible work experience in monitoring, reporting and/or evaluation.
Experience in data monitoring using low-code custom applications (Zoho Creator or similar application) is required.
Experience in conducting capacity building trainings is required.
Experience of work with UN agencies in Georgia would be an asset.
Fluency in English and Georgian is required. Knowledge of Russian is desirable.
